To ensure that Dr. Oetker products meet the company’s own high standards of quality and safety, multifaceted measures are implemented promptly in order to identify potential risks during development, production, packaging and transportation – and during preparation of the food – and thus minimize or prevent possible hazards from occurring at an early stage. The company’s commitment to food safety and quality extends beyond simple compliance with statutory regulations. For instance, the in-house Dr. Oetker Food Standard defines fundamental requirements for raw materials, semi-finished goods, supplied retail merchandise and finished goods.
